2011 in Pictures

I have to say 2011 has been pretty good to me. Looking back at these photos, I almost can't believe I did so much in a single year. Since January, I've stood in every corner of the country (California, Washington, New York, Mississippi), and touched the ground in Iceland, Denmark, and Sweden. I survived my 10-year reunion without trying to avenge my youth. I covered 28 shows and a 30,000-person music festival for Melophobe.com. I interviewed a punk rock legend. I started a new job after four years at the previous one. With only a few days left in the year, I'm not quite ready to let 2011 go. So, to drag my feet a bit, I've compiled photos from some of my favorite moments of the past year. The events of these past 12 months are shifting into stories I'll tell for the rest of my life.

I don't have much news...

so here is a photo of one of my cats in a time machine:

Other than cats in things they're not supposed to be, Bobby and I will be taking holiday photos tomorrow. Keep an eye on your mailbox.

For additional excitement, I'll be seeing a performance of Angels in America: Millennium Approaches with Jonathan, Breylan, and Adam later this week. I'm super excited. Nothing more to report. I'm pretty boring this week. Must do something about that.
